Refunds Refund (minus Shipping Charges) or exchange may be made within 30 days of purchase with prior approval. Non-warranty returned merchandise will be charged a restocking fee. Shipping is not refunded. Please contact us for return authorization. Merchandise must be returned in original condition. Custom designed items are not returnable. Shipping Information A shipping quote will be supplied upon order of product. We ship Ground Carriers - USPS, UPS or FED EX. For Large Items we use a Shipping Professional. Any shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep all packing material for inspection by shipper. Damage must be noted on shipping slip.
