We operate under a few simple policies in order to keep our customers satisfied.

Guarantee
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We Guarantee that all furniture is of excellent quality workmanship Because each item is individually handcrafted, some variances may occur.

Refunds
Refund (minus Shipping Charges) or exchange may be made within 30 days of purchase with prior approval. Non-warranty returned merchandise will be charged a restocking fee. Shipping is not refunded. Please contact us for return authorization. Merchandise must be returned in original condition. Custom designed items are not returnable.

Shipping Information
A shipping quote will be supplied upon order of product. We ship Ground Carriers - USPS, UPS or FED EX. For Large Items we use a Shipping Professional. Any shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep all packing material for inspection by shipper. Damage must be noted on shipping slip.

Privacy
Your privacy is most important to us. No personal information will ever be given or sold to a third party under any circumstance. Your contact information is only used if there are questions about an order. Our shopping cart is secured through 2checkout.com and your credit card information is not stored on our computer.

Miscellaneous:
We accept (Visa, Mastercard & Discover) through walk-ins at our shop also. The charge on your account will appear under the name WoodShed Creations. Due to the increased credit card security procedures, the billing address you provide us must match the one to which your credit card statement is mailed. We reserve the right to request faxed photocopies of both your credit card and drivers license, or other government identification with photographs for security purposes.
